Columbia City came tearing into Tuesday's contest with three straight wins (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 20.3 points) and they left with even more momentum. They took down the Fort Wayne Northrop Bruins 57-42. The Eagles have seen this before: they got the W the last time they saw the Bruins, too.

Fort Wayne Northrop lost despite a true team effort on offense, the best among them being Alivia Rice, who posted six points along with nine boards and four steals. The team also got some help courtesy of Khala Williams-Thomas, who went 5 of 10 en route to 12 points and five steals.

Columbia City has been performing incredibly well recently as they've won nine of their last ten matchups, which provided a nice bump to their 18-4 record this season. As for Fort Wayne Northrop, their loss ended a ten-game streak of wins at home dating back to last season and dropped them to 15-6.
