Celestino Salazar-Archuleta put up the most stolen bases he's had since back in April of 2024 on Tuesday. He went a perfect 4-for-4 with one home run, six RBI, and four runs, good enough for us to rate the performance as the best he's had all season long. McCurdy is 4-1 when Salazar-Archuleta posts two or more runs, but 0-3 otherwise.

Salazar-Archuleta's strong effort led McCurdy over Penasco and he'll get a chance to do so again: the teams have a rematch scheduled at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday. The Bobcats are a perfect 9-0 against the Panthers going back to April of 2023, a lead they'll look to extend.
