Softball Recap: Sisseton Takes a Loss

Sisseton lost to Milbank on Friday and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Friday. The Redmen came up short against the Bulldogs, falling 19-5. The Redmen have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Sisseton's loss dropped their record down to 1-10. As for Milbank, the victory made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 5-7.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Sisseton will host Deuel at 4:00 p.m. on Monday. As for Milbank, they will challenge Sioux Valley at 5:00 p.m. on Monday. The Cossack's pitching crew has only allowed 3.6 runs per game this season, so the Bulldogs' hitters will have their work cut out for them.
