Basketball Game Preview: Nute Rams vs. Farmington Tigers

Nute is 1-9 against Farmington since February of 2021 but they'll have a chance to close the gap a little bit on Monday. The Rams will square off against the Tigers at 7:00 p.m.

On Friday, Nute came up short against Portsmouth Christian Academy and fell 52-45.

Meanwhile, Farmington entered their tilt with Franklin on Friday with four consecutive wins but they'll enter their next game with five. They claimed a resounding 78-49 victory over the Tornadoes. The Tigers have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won five contests by 25 points or more this season.

Farmington's win bumped their record up to 12-4. As for Nute, their loss dropped their record down to 9-6.

Nute was dealt a bruising 71-44 defeat at the hands of Farmington when the teams last played back in February of 2025. Can the Rams avenge their loss or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
