Football Recap: Premont Cowboys vs. Refugio Bobcats
Premont fell victim to Refugio and their airtight defense on Friday. They were dealt a 56-0 defeat at the hands of the Refugio Bobcats. That makes it the first time this season the Cowboys have let down their home crowd.
It was another big night for Jordan King, who rushed for 128 yards and three touchdowns on only seven carries for Refugio. Premont will take on Freer on Friday. As for Refugio, they will face off against Kaufer at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. Refugio will be looking to keep their seven-game home win streak dating back to last season alive.
