Perhaps the best among them was Brandon Do, who rushed for 115 yards and a touchdown, and also threw for 97 yards and two touchdowns while completing 71.4% of his passes. Do really tore up the turf during one magnificent 87-yard run. Felipe Taboada was another key rusher, rushing for 122 yards and two touchdowns.
Mountain View's defeat dropped their record down to 1-9. As for El Monte, they have been performing well recently as they've won five of their last six games, which provided a nice bump to their 8-2 record this season.
