Republic County dropped their record down to 2-19 with the loss, which was their 19th straight on the road dating back to last season. As for Ellsworth, they have been performing well recently as they've won six of their last eight matches. That's provided a massive bump to their 8-13 record this season.

The teams didn't have to wait long for a rematch: Ellsworth beat Republic County by a score of 15-0 later that day.
