Softball Recap: Ludington Takes a Loss

Ludington was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their third straight defeat. They fell 12-7 to the Spring Lake Lakers. The Orioles were not able to make up for their loss to the Lakers from their previous meeting back in May of 2024.

Ludington's record now sits at 1-8. As for Spring Lake, the victory got them back to even at 4-4.

The teams didn't have to wait long for a rematch: the Lakers beat Ludington by a score of 15-0 later that day.
