Softball Recap: Baldwin Triumphs

Baldwin is still undefeated this season after their matchup against Osage City on Monday, but Osage City came as close as anyone has to beating them. The Bulldogs came within a single run of losing the streak, but they secured a 4-3 W against the Indians. While the Bulldogs didn't have the best season last year (they finished 3-13), it's starting to look like those struggles are a thing of the past.

Baldwin's win was their third straight at home, which pushed their record up to 4-0. As for Osage City, their defeat ended a 13-game streak of away wins dating back to last season and brought them to 7-2.

The teams didn't have to wait long for a rematch: Baldwin beat the Indians by a score of 7-6 later that day.
