Monmouth-Roseville had to settle for second on Thursday, but Cal Casteel sure wasn't going down easily. Casteel tossed three innings while giving up just one earned (and three unearned) runs off four hits. The effort marked the fewest hits he has had since back in March.

Casteel and Monmouth-Roseville will square off against Princeton at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday. The Tigers will enter the matchup having just beaten Mendota, so the Titans will have to guard against a team looking to keep the ball rolling.
