Basketball Recap: Lamar Takes Down Lincoln in a Playoff Battle

It's playoff time, and Lamar had no trouble coming through when it counted. They took down the Lincoln Wolves 71-54 on Friday. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Warriors.

Kaz Crotts was his usual excellent self, putting up 24 points and five rebounds. Those 24 points gave him a new career-high. Another player making a difference was Ben Noonan, who dropped a double-double with 15 points and 13 boards.

Lamar's victory bumped their record up to 27-4. As for Lincoln, the loss snapped their winning streak at three games and leaves them with a 19-4 record.

Lamar has already played their next game, a 68-47 win against Subiaco Academy on the 1st. As for Lincoln, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next contest, a 45-40 defeat against Elkins on the 1st.
