Basketball Recap: Hancock County Comes Up Short

Hancock County lost against Owensboro back in November of 2022 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. The Hancock County Hornets took a blow against the Owensboro Red Devils, falling 86-36.

Hancock County dropped their record down to 8-6 with the defeat, which was their third straight on the road. As for Owensboro, their victory ended a five-game drought at home dating back to last season and bumped them up to 6-8.

Hancock County will welcome Meade County at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Owensboro has already played their next match (against Evansville Bosse), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing.
