Lowndes won the last time they faced Cook and Jamecia Burgman did her part to make sure it happened again. The Vikings walked away with a 20-13 win over the Hornets on Tuesday thanks in part to Burgman, who rushed for 80 yards and three TDs on only eight carries. She has been hot recently, having posted two or more rushing touchdowns the last three times she's played.

Lowndes has been performing well recently as they've won five of their last six matchups. That's provided a nice bump to their 8-2 record this season. Those victories came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 26.5 points over those games. As for Cook, they are on a four-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 4-10.

Lowndes didn't take long to hit the field again: they've already played their next contest, a 25-6 win against Valdosta on the 4th. As for Cook, they are taking a road trip to face off against Thomas County Central at 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday. The two teams have allowed few points on average (the Hornets 14.9, the Yellow Jackets 8.4) so any points scored will be well earned.
