Volleyball Recap: Make It Three in a Row for the Nueva School + How To Watch

The Nueva School entered their tilt with Pacific Bay Christian on Tuesday with two consecutive wins but they'll enter their next game with three. They blew past the Eagles 3-0. That result was just more of the same for these two, as the Mavericks also won the last time the pair played back in September of 2024.

The Nueva School not only won, but also showed off some consistency: they kept Pacific Bay Christian between 17 and 20 points across their sets. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-17, 25-18, 25-20.

The Nueva School's win was the result of several impressive offensive performances. One of the most notable came from Vivian Ma, who had ten assists and five kills. That's the most kills Ma has posted over her last six matches. Another player making a difference was Zoe Chien, who had five aces.

The Nueva School was lethal from the service line and finished the match with ten aces. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now served at least ten aces in five consecutive contests.

The win got The Nueva School back to even at 7-7. As for Pacific Bay Christian, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 9-9.
