Basketball Recap: Highland Huskies vs. Salmon River Savages

Highland lost against Salmon River back in December of 2024 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Friday. The Highland Huskies took a 48-34 bruising from the Salmon River Savages. The Huskies were down 42-22 at the end of the third quarter, which was just too much to recover from.

Alli Mae Moddrell and Kylee Beck certainly did their best on Friday to avoid the loss. Moddrell went 5 for 9 en route to 11 points and five rebounds, while Beck posted six points. The dominant performance also gave Beck a new career-high in shooting accuracy (75%).
