It was a good run, but Rockwood unfortunately witnessed the end of their seven-game winning streak on Saturday. They fell just short of the Moshannon Valley Black Knights/Damsels by a score of 4-2. For those keeping track at home, that's the closest defeat the Rockets have suffered since March 24th.

Rockwood saw six different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Nathan Show, who went 1-for-3 with one stolen base, one run, and one double.

Rockwood's loss dropped their record down to 14-5. As for Moshannon Valley, they have been performing incredibly well recently as they've won seven of their last eight games. That's provided a nice bump to their 11-8 record this season.

Rockwood will face off against Everett at 4:30 p.m. on Thursday. Moshannon Valley does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
