Basketball Game Preview: Georgia-Cumberland Academy Jaguars vs. The King's Academy Knights

After both having extra time off, the Georgia-Cumberland Academy Jaguars and The King's Academy Knights will shake off the cobwebs and hit the court against one another on Tuesday.

Last Tuesday, Georgia-Cumberland Academy lost to CSTHEA on the road by a 45-30 margin. The game marked the Jaguars' lowest-scoring contest so far this season.

Despite the defeat, Georgia-Cumberland Academy saw an underclassman step up: freshman Rylee Hagele posted 16 points and six steals. Those six steals set a new season-high mark for Hagele. The team also got some help courtesy of Ella Reese, who earned three points along with seven rebounds and four steals.

Meanwhile, The King's Academy beat Allatoona 47-34 last Tuesday. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Knights.

The King's Academy's victory bumped their record up to 3-1. As for Georgia-Cumberland Academy, their loss dropped their record down to 3-2.
