Football Game Preview: Raymond vs. Farmington/Nute

Raymond will take on Farmington/Nute at home at 7:00 PM on Friday. Neither of those teams managed to put together many points in their previous contests, so their meeting could be a low-scoring affair.

It's never fun to lose, and it's even less fun to lose 0-38, which was the final score in Raymond's tilt against Franklin last Friday. This makes it the second loss in a row for Raymond.

Meanwhile, things haven't been easy for Farmington/Nute, and their matchup last Saturday only extended their streak of losses to five. They found themselves the reluctant recipients of an unpleasant 8-42 punch to the gut against Newfound Regional. The state rankings had actually given Farmington/Nute a slight edge heading into the game, making this hurt that much more.

Raymond simply couldn't be stopped the last time the two teams met, as they easily beat Farmington/Nute 47-6. Will Raymond repeat their success, or does Farmington/Nute have a better game plan this time around ? We'll find out soon enough.
