Football Recap: Platte Canyon Huskies vs. Colorado Springs Christian Lions
Platte Canyon was not able to break out of their rough patch on Saturday as the team picked up their eighth straight loss dating back to last season. They took a hard 24-6 fall against the Colorado Springs Christian Lions. The Huskies lost against the Lions in their previous head to head back in September of 2024, too, but the margin this time around was much closer than the 60-6 score last time.
Among those leading the charge was Fisher Tenpas, who threw for 135 yards and two touchdowns, and also rushed for 56 yards and one TD. Those 56 rushing yards gave him a new career-high.
