Soccer Recap: Hunter Picks Up Second Consecutive Victory

Hunter's game on Monday was close up to the half, but then they kicked things up a notch. Their defense stepped up to hand the Providence Hall Patriots a 3-0 shutout. That's more bragging rights for Hunter, who also won the pair's last head-to-head.

They hit Providence Hall with a three-pronged attack, as the team got scores from Yulissa Acuna, Abigail Heras Diaz, and Lexie Camacho.

Hunter has started the season off flawlessly and has a 2-0 record to show for it. Those wins came thanks in part to their defensive effort, having only given up zero goals over those two matches. As for Providence Hall, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 0-2.
