Osbourn's game on Monday was a loss, but they didn't let that memory haunt them on Wednesday. They were the clear victors by a 21-2 margin over the Unity Reed Lions. The Eagles' hitters stepped up their game for this one, as that was the most runs they've scored all season.

Lenell Evans was a major factor while hitting and pitching. He struck out 15 batters over five innings while giving up just one earned (and one unearned) run off three hits (and only one walk). Those 15 strikeouts gave him a new career-high. He was also big at the plate, going 3-for-5 with two runs, one triple, and two RBI.

In other batting news, Osbourn got a big performance out of Axel Acosta, who went 2-for-3 with three runs and two RBI. Those two RBI gave Acosta a new career-high. Another player making a difference was Michael Gross, who went 1-for-3 with two runs, two RBI, and one double.

Osbourn always had someone on base and finished the game having posted an OBP of .564. They easily outclassed their opponents in that department as Unity Reed only posted an OBP of .318.

Osbourn's first win this season bumped their record up to 1-13. As for Unity Reed, they dropped their record down to 1-10 with the loss, which was their sixth straight on the road dating back to last season.
