Baseball Recap: Apache Takes a Loss

If Apache was feeling good fresh off their 8-0 takedown of Merritt on Friday, their most recent game may have dampened their spirits a bit. The Warriors came up short against the Union City Tigers on Monday, falling 18-1.

Apache's loss dropped their record down to 3-6. As for Union City, their victory bumped their record up to 7-1.

Looking ahead, Apache will venture away from home to face off against Amber-Pocasset at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday. The Panthers will roll in looking for their fourth straight win, something the Warriors surely won't give up without a fight. As for Union City, they will be playing in front of their home fans against Ninnekah at 7:15 p.m. on Monday.
