Volleyball Recap: Gibbs Takes a Loss + How To Watch

Gibbs was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their fifth straight loss. They lost 3-0 to the Dunedin Falcons. The result was an unpleasant reminder to the Gladiators of the 3-0 defeat they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in September of 2024.

Gibbs was held off the scoreboard, but that almost wasn't the case: they kept the third set very close. The match finished with set scores of 25-21, 25-19, 25-23.

Gibbs' loss dropped their record down to 1-7. As for Dunedin, their win bumped their record up to 5-3.

Coming up, Gibbs will take on Admiral Farragut at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Dunedin, they wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next match, a 3-0 defeat against Largo on the 18th.
