Basketball Game Preview: Hanford Falcons vs. Walla Walla Blue Devils

The Hanford Falcons will challenge the Walla Walla Blue Devils at 5:45 p.m. on Tuesday. Having both just faced considerable losses, both teams are looking to turn things around.

It's never fun to lose, and it's even less fun to lose 70-31, which was the final score in Hanford's tilt against Eisenhower on Friday. While losing is never fun, the Falcons can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Washington basketball rankings (they are ranked 261st, while the Cadets are ranked 95th).

Meanwhile, Walla Walla played a tough matchup on Friday in which they were outscored in every quarter. They were dealt an 82-37 defeat at the hands of Chiawana. The Blue Devils were in a tough position after the first half, with the score already sitting at 42-11.

Hanford dropped their record down to 1-10 with the loss, which was their 12th straight on the road dating back to last season. As for Walla Walla, their defeat dropped their record down to 5-8.
