Two teams were on the hunt for playoff glory, but only Suncoast walked away with it. They put the hurt on the St. Thomas Aquinas Raiders with a sharp 3-0 victory on Tuesday. Winning may never get old, but the Chargers sure are getting used to it with their 19th in a row.

Suncoast walked away with the win (and looked especially good in the first set). Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-14, 25-23, 25-22.

Kyle Ross paced Suncoast's offense, picking up 19 kills. Ross got some help from Dylan Smith and his 28 assists.

Suncoast's victory was their tenth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 23-1. As for St. Thomas Aquinas, they moved to 16-9 with that loss, which also ended their ten-game winning streak.

Suncoast didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next matchup, a 3-0 defeat against Lake Howell on the 16th. St. Thomas Aquinas does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
