Holy Spirit Prep's game on Thursday was a loss, but they didn't let that memory haunt them on Friday. Everything went their way against the Heritage Preparatory Rams as they made off with a 3-0 win. The Cougars have seen this before: they got the W the last time they saw the Rams, too.

Holy Spirit Prep not only won, but also showed off some consistency: they kept Heritage Preparatory between 18 and 21 points across their sets. The final score came out to 25-20, 25-18, 25-21.

Modupe Brown paced Holy Spirit Prep's offense, picking up 13 kills. Brown got some help from Ariana Lajara and her 26 assists. Brown was also solid from the service line: she led the team with nine aces.

The victory snapped Holy Spirit Prep's losing streak at three games and leaves them with a 3-5 record.

Holy Spirit Prep has already played their next matchup, a 3-0 win against Atlanta Jewish Academy on the 26th. As for Heritage Preparatory, they will face off against Atlanta Classical Academy at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday.
