Volleyball Recap: Graves County Gets the Win

After losing to Marion the last time they met, Graves County decided to demonstrate that turnabout is fair play. The Eagles walked away with a 2-0 victory over the Wildcats on Saturday.

The win didn't come easy: Marion scored at least 19 points in every set. The match finished with set scores of 25-19, 25-19.

Graves County now has a winning record of 8-7. As for Marion, this is the second loss in a row for them and also nudges their season record down to 8-7.

Coincidentally, Graves County and Marion will both be playing Calloway County the next time they take the court. The Wildcats will host the Lakers at 4:30 p.m. on Saturday, while the Eagles will play them later in the day, at 5:30 p.m.
