Softball Preview: Harrison County Thorobreds vs. Fleming County Panthers

Harrison County and Fleming County are an even 3-3 against one another since April of 2015, but likely not for long. The Harrison County Thorobreds will be playing at home against the Fleming County Panthers at 6:00 p.m. on Monday. Both teams come into the contest bolstered by wins in their previous matches.

On Saturday, Harrison County was able to grind out a solid win over Boyd County, taking the game 6-3.

Shyanne Ross made a splash while hitting and pitching. She looked comfortable on the mound, striking out seven batters over five innings while giving up just two earned (and one unearned) runs off four hits. Ross was also solid in the batter's box, scoring two runs while going 2-for-2.
