Soccer Game Preview: Riverside vs. Deer Park

Riverside is 1-9 against Deer Park since March of 2021 but they'll have a chance to close the gap a little bit on Monday. The Rams will be playing at home against the Stags at 4:00 p.m. Neither team made it on the board the last time they hit the pitch, so they've probably got a bit of extra motivation.

Riverside had taken Colville down for two straight games at home, but that winning streak came to an end on Thursday. The Rams fell just short of the Crimson Hawks by a score of 2-1.

Riverside's goal came courtesy of Mikaela Davis, who's now up to four this season.

Meanwhile, Deer Park kept a clean sheet against Post Falls on Saturday. They had just enough and edged out the Trojans 1-0. That's two games straight that Deer Park have won by just one goal.

The win made it two in a row for Deer Park and bumps their season record up to 3-4-1. As for Riverside, they now also have a losing record of 3-4-1.
