Volleyball Recap: Mankato East Takes a Loss

Mankato East lost against Red Wing back in August, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Saturday. The Cougars fell just short of the Wingers by a score of 2-1. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Cougars.

Mankato East's defeat dropped their record down to 6-5. As for Red Wing, their victory bumped their record up to 7-3.

Mankato East has already played their next matchup, a 2-0 win against Austin on the 20th. As for Red Wing, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 2-0 victory against Albert Lea on the 20th.
