Volleyball Recap: Waterloo Takes a Loss

It was a proper cat-fight when Waterloo took on Geneva on Thursday. The Tigers fell 3-1 to the Panthers. Give some credit to the fans of both teams: the last five times they've met, the home team has come away the winner.

Waterloo's loss dropped their record down to 3-3. As for Geneva, they are on a roll lately: they've won four of their last five matchups. That's provided a nice bump to their 4-4 record this season.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Waterloo will face off against Bloomfield at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Geneva, they will square off against Honeoye Falls-Lima at 6:30 p.m. on Monday.
