University stacked an 11th blowout win onto their ever-increasing hoard on Tuesday. Their pitcher stepped up to hand the Lick-Wilmerding Tigers a 21-0 shutout. The win was familiar territory for University who now have three in a row.
Juliette Cuthbert made a big impact while hitting and pitching. She looked comfortable on the mound, not allowing a single earned run and only one hit while striking out 14 over five innings pitched. Cuthbert has been consistent recently: she hasn't tossed less than seven strikeouts every time she's pitched this season. Cuthbert was also big at the plate, scoring four runs and stealing two bases while getting on base in all five of her plate appearances.
In other batting news, Livvy Colley was incredible, getting on base in all five of her plate appearances with five RBI and three runs. Caroline Miller was another key contributor, getting on base in all three of her plate appearances with four RBI, a run, and a double.
