Meanwhile, Valley Christian can finally bid farewell to their 17-game losing streak dating back to last season thanks to their game last Monday. They sure made it a nail-biter, but they managed to escape with a 36-33 win over Memorial.

Valley Christian's victory ended a 12-game drought at home dating back to last season and bumped them up to 1-1. As for United, their win bumped their record up to 2-3.

Everything came up roses for United against Valley Christian in their previous meeting back in January, as the team secured a 64-7 victory. Will United repeat their success, or does Valley Christian have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
