Volleyball Recap: Masterman Comes Up Short

Masterman lost against Academy at Palumbo back in March, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Friday. Masterman fell just short of Academy at Palumbo by a score of 3-2.

Masterman has also been struggling recently as they've lost three of their last four games. That's put a noticeable dent in their 3-5 record this season. As for Academy at Palumbo, the victory got them back to even at 5-5.

Masterman and Academy at Palumbo will both get a bit of extra prep time before their next matches. The next time Masterman sees the court they'll take on Thomas A. Edison at 3:15 p.m. on the 22nd. As for Academy at Palumbo, their break will end when they face Carver High School of Engineering & Science at 3:15 p.m. on the 22nd.
