Volleyball Recap: Topeka Takes a Loss

Topeka lost against Emporia last Saturday and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. The Trojans took a 2-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Spartans.

Topeka has also traveled a rocky road recently, having lost five of their last six matches. That's put a noticeable dent in their 9-16 record this season. As for Emporia, the win was the third in a row for them, bringing their record up to 18-12.

Coming up, Topeka will head out on the road to square off against Junction City on Thursday. As for Emporia, they will welcome Seaman at 9:00 a.m. on Saturday.
