Soccer Recap: Fenton's Victory on Tuesday Extends Winning Streak to Two

Fenton barely beat Glenbard South the last time the pair played, but that sure wasn't the case this time around. The Bison's defense stepped up to hand the Raiders a 3-0 shutout on Tuesday. The result was nothing new for Fenton, who have now won four matches by three goals or more so far this season.

They hit Glenbard South with a three-pronged attack, as the team got scores from Joshua Galeana, Nazar Prokulevich, and Justin Morales.

The victory made it two in a row for Fenton and bumps their season record up to 5-2-3. Those wins came thanks in part to their defensive effort, having only given up zero goals over those two contests. As for Glenbard South, they now have a losing record of 2-3-4.

Coming up, Fenton will be playing in front of their home fans against Elmwood Park at 4:30 p.m. on Friday. As for Glenbard South, they will head out to take on Proviso West at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday.
