The Necedah Cardinals lost against the Bangor Cardinals back in January, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Friday. Necedah was beaten by Bangor 72-30. Necedah has now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Chase Horstman was a one-man wrecking crew for Bangor as he dropped a double-double on 20 points and 17 rebounds. The contest was Horstman's third in a row with at least ten points. Another player making a difference was Garrett Brezany, who scored 19 points.

Necedah's defeat dropped their record down to 1-3. As for Bangor, their win bumped their record up to 1-2.

Necedah will head out on the road to face off against Cashton at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. One thing working in Cashton's favor is that they have posted big point totals every time they've taken the court this season. As for Bangor, they will look to defend their home court on Thursday against Brookwood at 7:00 p.m.
