1 of 1 Academy is headed in fresh off scoring the most points they have all season. They took their matchup on Thursday with ease, bagging a 109-39 victory over Elevation Prep Academy. The contest was pretty much decided by the half, when the score had already reached 60-21.

LJ Rush continued his habit of posting crazy stat lines, shooting 12-for-19 from long range and dropping a double-double on 45 points and ten assists. The dominant performance gave him a new career-high in points. Another player making a difference was Adier Job, who posted 11 points in addition to five assists and four steals.

They weren't the only one working in the assists department: 1 of 1 Academy was working as a unit and finished the game with 36 assists. That's the most assists they've managed all season.

Meanwhile, Colorado Prep was not able to break out of their rough patch back in December of 2024 as the team picked up their third straight loss. They were six points away from ending the streak, but they lost a 89-83 heartbreaker at the hands of Prolific Prep of Napa Christian. Despite running the score up even higher than they did in their prior game back in November of 2024 (60), Colorado Prep still had to take the loss.

1 of 1 Academy pushed their record up to 17-3 with the win, which was their 11th straight on the road dating back to last season. Those victories came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 84.6 points per game. As for Colorado Prep, their defeat dropped their record down to 1-3.
