Volleyball Recap: Costa Mesa Comes Up Short

Costa Mesa was not able to break out of their rough patch on Wednesday as the team picked up their third straight defeat. They came up short against the Garden Grove Argonauts, falling 3-0. Unfortunately, that's the third time they've come up short against the Argonauts this season, with their most recent loss being a 3-0 defeat back in March.

Costa Mesa's loss dropped their record down to 9-11. As for Garden Grove, the win was the third in a row for them, bringing their record up to 12-15.

Costa Mesa does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Garden Grove, they didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 3-0 defeat against Segerstrom on the 17th.
