Volleyball Recap: Pflugerville Connally Comes Up Short

Pflugerville Connally was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their 12th straight loss. They lost 3-0 to the East View Patriots. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Patriots this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 3-0 back in September.

The final score came out to 25-10, 25-17, 25-15.

Elise Lee paced Pflugerville Connally's offense, picking up five kills. Lee got some help from Caroline Benge and her 13 assists.

Pflugerville Connally's defeat dropped their record down to 5-30. As for East View, the win made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 19-20.

Coincidentally, Pflugerville Connally and East View will both be playing Elgin the next time they take the court. The Cougars will head out to face the Wildcats at 5:30 p.m. on Friday, while the Patriots will host them at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
