Preview: Clarksville Academy Cougars vs. Clarksville Wildcats        
        
		
            
 The Clarksville Academy Cougars will be home for the holidays to greet  the Clarksville Wildcats at 6:00  p.m.  on Tuesday. Hopefully Clarksville Academy focused on turnovers this week  since the team gave up 18 on Friday.
 Clarksville Academy's 23-8 record from last season is now well into the rear view mirror after another tough outing. Their  rough  56-33 loss to Goodpasture Christian  might stick with them for a while. Clarksville Academy was in a tough position after the first half, with the score already sitting at  38-12.
 Even though the team lost, they still had their share of impressive performances. One of the most dominant came from  Layla Clark, who  scored 15 points along with five  rebounds and three  steals. That's the first time this season that  she  scored 15 or more  points.  Sicily Robinson was another key contributor,  scoring eight points along with six  rebounds and five  assists.
 Meanwhile, Clarksville put another one in the bag  last Friday to keep their perfect season alive. They blew past West Creek, posting a  71-26 win at home. Clarksville's offense stepped up their game for this one, as that was the most  points they've scored all season.
 Clarksville Academy has  not been sharp recently, as they've  lost five of their last six games,  which put a noticeable dent in their 3-6 record this season. As for Clarksville, they pushed their record up to 7-0 with that  victory, which was their 21st straight  at home dating back to last season.
 Clarksville Academy couldn't quite finish off Clarksville when the teams last played  back in November of 2022 and fell  48-45. Will Clarksville Academy have more luck at home instead of on the road?  Check back here after the action for a full breakdown and analysis of the contest.
