Soccer Recap: Roosevelt Takes a Loss

After flying high against Riverview on Monday, Roosevelt came back down to earth. The Bears fell just short of the Trenton Trojans by a score of 3-2 on Wednesday. The match was a 1-1 toss-up at halftime, but Roosevelt couldn't quite close it out.

Roosevelt's loss dropped their record down to 1-1. As for Trenton, the victory (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 3-0.

Looking ahead, Roosevelt will face off against Tecumseh at 3:15 p.m. on Saturday. As for Trenton, they are taking a road trip to challenge Anderson at 6:00 p.m. on Monday.
