Basketball Recap: Bridger/Belfry Falls Short of Plenty Coups in the Playoffs

It's hard to turn regular season success into postseason wins, a fact Bridger/Belfry can now relate to. They were just a bucket shy of victory on Saturday and fell 58-57 to the Plenty Coups Warriors. Bridger/Belfry was not able to repeat the success they had when they faced Plenty Coups earlier this season, when they won 56-53.

Bridger/Belfry's loss dropped their record down to 5-4. As for Plenty Coups, the victory (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 5-4.

Bridger/Belfry will get a bit of extra time to process the defeat as their next game is a ways off. They'll take on Reed Point/Rapelje at 7:30 p.m. on February 22nd. As for Plenty Coups, they didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next game, a 61-59 loss against Roberts on the 8th.
