Volleyball Recap: Dover's Win on Tuesday Extends Winning Streak to Three

Dover waltzed into their match on Tuesday with two straight wins... but they left with three. They put the hurt on the Madison Comprehensive Rams with a sharp 3-0 win.

Dover never let Madison Comprehensive on the board, but things got pretty close in the first set. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-22, 25-14, 25-20.

Caroline Hanner paced Dover's offense, picking up 19 kills. Hanner got some help from Quincey Werntz and her 32 assists. Hanner was also solid from the service line: she led the team with two aces.

Dover's victory bumped their record up to 3-0.

Dover didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 3-0 win against West Holmes on the 21st. As for Madison Comprehensive, they have also already played their next game, a 3-0 defeat against Lexington on the 21st.
