Softball Recap: Crane Comes Up Short

Crane lost against Purdy back in April of 2024, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. The Pirates came up short against the Eagles, falling 13-3. The Pirates have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Crane's loss dropped their record down to 4-4. As for Purdy, the win (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 6-5.

We've got plenty of inter-district action coming up soon. Crane will face off against rival Billings at 5:30 p.m. on Thursday. Meanwhile, Purdy is set to challenge their familiar foe Exeter at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday.
