Lehi had lost three straight headed into Saturday's matchup, but Paige Wakumoto didn't let it get to four. The Pioneers came out on top against the Bountiful Redhawks by a score of 3-1 on Saturday thanks in part to Wakumoto, who had 22 digs and four aces. She is on a roll when it comes to digs, as she's now had 12 or more in each of the last 11 games she's played.

Lehi's win bumped their record up to 9-3. As for Bountiful, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 5-5.

Lehi didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 2-0 victory against Olympus on the 6th. As for Bountiful, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next game, a 3-1 win against Alta on the 10th.
