Basketball Recap: Plainview-Old Bethpage JFK Triumphs

It can be hard to translate regular season success to the playoffs, but Plainview-Old Bethpage JFK had no problem doing just that on Saturday. They walked away with a 60-47 victory over the Massapequa Chiefs. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 46-44 back in December of 2024.

The win made it two in a row for Plainview-Old Bethpage JFK and bumps their season record up to 4-1. The wins came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 62.0 points over those games. As for Massapequa, the defeat snapped their winning streak at four games and leaves them with a 15-7 record.

As of now, neither Plainview-Old Bethpage JFK nor Massapequa have any future games scheduled.
