If Pickerington North was riding high fresh off their 3-0 takedown of Lincoln last Tuesday, their most recent game may have dampened their spirits a bit. The Panthers fell just short of the Thomas Worthington CARDINALS by a score of 2-1 on Monday. The Panthers' defeat signaled the end of their ten-game winning streak.

Jordan Dyer paced Pickerington North's offense, picking up 15 kills. Dyer got some help from Drew Vensko and his 24 assists. Dyer was also solid from the service line: he led the team with three aces.

Pickerington North's loss dropped their record down to 20-2. As for Thomas Worthington, the victory was the third in a row for them, bringing their record up to 18-4.

Coming up, Pickerington North will take on Westerville Central in a tournament on the 14th. The Panthers are facing the Warhawks at the right time seeing as the Warhawks are stuck on a six-game losing streak. Thomas Worthington does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
