Bentonville West is a perfect 5-0 against Northside since April of 2023 and they'll have a chance to extend that dominance on Tuesday. The Wolverines will host the Grizzlies at 5:00 p.m. Having both just faced considerable losses, both teams are looking to turn things around.

Bentonville West is coming in fresh off a high-stakes matchup with another one of Arkansas' top teams: Bentonville, who was ranked first at the time (Bentonville West was ranked 11th). The Wolverines came up short against the Tigers on Thursday, falling 10-0. The pitching woes were uncharacteristic for the Wolverines, who until this matchup were averaging 3.7 runs allowed.

Meanwhile, after soaring to 15 runs the game before, Northside was a bit more limited in their contest on Tuesday. They lost 10-1 to Bentonville.

Amariah Greene made the most of her time at bat despite the final result and went 2-for-3 with one triple and one run. Alay'Jah Mays also deserves some recognition as she snagged her first stolen base of the season.

Bentonville West's loss ended a three-game streak of away wins and brought them to 11-9. As for Northside, they have traveled a rocky road recently, having lost nine of their last ten games. That's put a noticeable dent in their 3-17 record this season.
