Baseball Recap: St. Joseph Academy Takes a Tough Playoff Loss

It's hard to turn regular season success into postseason wins, a fact St. Joseph Academy can now relate to. They fell 4-1 to the St. Johns Country Day Spartans on Thursday. The Flashes were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as the Spartans apparently hadn't forgotten their loss the last time these teams played back in May of 2024.

Camden Biskup was cooking despite his team's loss, going 1-for-2 with one home run. That home run marked the first that he has launched this season.

St. Joseph Academy's defeat dropped their record down to 19-7-1. As for St. Johns Country Day, the win (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 19-8.

As of now, neither St. Joseph Academy nor the Spartans have any future games scheduled.
